When the option is "write something" that's the option I've always taken.

In 2014, I found myself a struggling real estate agent in a new city, and I needed to do something that would help me stand out from the sea of other real estate agents (seriously…one out of three people have held a real estate license at some point.. it's bananas!).

Of course, I turned to my old friend, writing.

I started cranking out emails and blog posts. Facebook ads and lead magnets. Testing, tweaking. Sharpening my message. Giving my audience what they wanted.

Then I started helping other real estate agents and brokerages develop their content strategies and to build out sales funnels.

That's where I found my sweet spot.

I enjoy writing, but writing compelling sales copy is more than just writing. You've got to master the art of persuasion so the right eyeballs take the right action.

You also have to be prepared to say a silent apology to your 9th grade English teacher while simultaneously throwing up a "hell yes" and a high five to your college creative writing professor.

Now I channel my passion for writing into creating highly effective lead generation and sales funnels for service providers and product designers so you set more appointments and make more sales.
