Before and after, honestly labelled.
Six pieces. Both halves written by the studio — a weak passage, and the rewrite — so you can judge the craft directly instead of taking our word for it.

Welcome to [Product] — a smarter way to manage your projects. We are passionate about helping teams of all sizes work more efficiently and achieve their goals through our comprehensive, all-in-one platform designed with your success in mind. Discover the future of project management today.
After
Your team already knows what to do. They're just doing it in six different tabs. [Product] puts the brief, the deadline and the file in one place — so nothing ships late because nobody saw the comment. Start free. No credit card.
What changed and why
Cut every phrase that could belong to any SaaS homepage ('smarter way', 'passionate about', 'success in mind') and replaced the mission statement with the actual, specific problem this product solves. The close went from an adjective ('the future of project management') to an instruction a visitor can act on in the next five seconds.

Your Q4 budget is due in three weeks. This is the 45 minutes that gets it approved on the first pass. Thursday, 11am — a working session on the three line items finance actually pushes back on, and how to justify each one before the meeting, not during it. Save my seat.
What changed and why
Deleted the generic 'expert insights' framing and the fake urgency ('seats are limited!') and replaced them with a dated, specific stake the reader already has on their calendar. The CTA moved from a request ('sign up now') to a benefit framed as an action ('save my seat').

The one product people ask about first
You just signed up, so here's the honest version, not the brochure one: most people buy the cleanser first, then come back for the serum once they've seen what their skin does after two weeks of it. Here's the cleanser, and the two-week routine that goes with it. Start here — 10% off, this order only.
What changed and why
Cut the generic welcome ('excited to have you join the family') and the vague mission line, and led instead with real, specific customer behaviour — what people actually buy first and why. The discount moved from the headline to a closing nudge, so it reads as a bonus, not the entire pitch.
SEO Content & Articles — article opening
Before
In today's fast-paced business world, financial management has become more important than ever. Companies of all sizes need to leverage the right tools and strategies to stay ahead of the competition. In this comprehensive guide, we will explore everything you need to know about financial management software.
After
Most finance teams don't choose their software. They inherit it — from whoever signed the contract three years before the current headcount existed. That's usually fine, until the month-end close takes eleven days and nobody can say why. This guide is for the person who has to explain that number in the next board meeting.
What changed and why
Removed the throat-clearing intro ('in today's fast-paced world... more important than ever') that every AI-generated finance article opens with, and replaced it with a specific, checkable situation the reader recognises immediately — because that recognition, not the keyword, is what keeps them reading past the first paragraph.
Brand Messaging & Voice — positioning statement
Before
[Studio] is a leading architecture firm dedicated to creating innovative, sustainable and beautiful spaces that inspire. With years of experience and a passion for design excellence, we work closely with our clients to bring their vision to life.
After
Most of our clients come to us after another architect has already drawn something buildable — just not the thing they actually asked for. [Studio] starts every project by writing down the three constraints the client can't change before anyone touches a pencil: the budget, the site, and the one room the whole house has to work around. The drawing comes after the brief is right, not instead of it.
What changed and why
Deleted every word that any architecture firm's homepage could claim ('leading', 'innovative', 'passion for design excellence') and replaced the claim with a specific, verifiable operating difference — a stated first step most competitors skip. Positioning language should describe a decision the business actually makes, not a quality it hopes to be associated with.

You can now approve invoices from your phone
The update that'll actually change your Monday: approvals now work from the mobile app, not just desktop — so the invoice sitting in someone's queue since Friday doesn't have to wait for them to open a laptop. Two smaller fixes below, for anyone who hit them.
What changed and why
Replaced the generic 'we're excited to announce' framing — which tells the reader nothing until they click — with the one change that actually affects their week, named in the subject line itself. This is the kind of email a retainer produces monthly: the news is real, but it still has to be found and led with, every time, not just listed.
